We accept most returns of wine, and spirits for full refund or store credit if all of the below apply:
The return is within 7 days of the purchase date as per the order confirmation date for an online sale or printed receipt date in store.
Proof of purchase is provided with the return request.
Product is unopened and not damaged. It must be in sellable condition.
For products that are open, and returned due to spoilage or due to the goods being unconsumable (i.e. “corked” wine, out of code product, etc.) the item must be returned nearly full. Please do not empty the bottle and request return with the remaining contents.
